504 Educational Plans

Section 504 Plans

Students who have a physical or mental impairment that substantially impacts their ability to learn may be eligible for a Section 504 plan.  A 504 plan is developed in partnership with the school and family to provide reasonable accommodations to support the child in being successful in school.

Who Do I Contact About My Child's 504 Plan

Each school site has a 504 coordinator.  The 504 coordinator is typically the first contact for initiating a 504 plan.  Each school office can put you in contact with their site 504 plan.
