What You Need To Know About Our Food Service
Welcome to the Nadaburg Unified School District Food Service Department. Our primary job is to provide nutritious breakfast and lunch to our students and staff. A child who has not eaten has a difficult time performing in the classroom. By providing good tasting, nutritious meals in a pleasant surrounding, our school food service plays a vital role in the district’s educational team.
The food service department is self-supporting. It is our responsibility to generate revenue to pay for food, supplies, labor, and equipment needed for the food program. Our nutrition program is organized and administered for the benefit of our students.
If you feel you qualify for the free or reduced meal program, please feel free to download a copy of the meal application, fill it out and turn it in to the cafeteria. If your child was approved for free or reduced meals for 2015/16, and you wish to continue to receive those benefits, you must reapply by September 13, 2016
